One major developer gaining new ground in advancing semiconductor light matrix (SLM) technology curing using ultra-violet (UV) light emitting diodes (LED), is the UK’s Integration Technology Ltd (ITL) www.uvintegration.com The company is showing latest developments in this field at this year’s FESPAwww.fespa2010.com in Munich on Stand B439 in Hall B1. The show celebrates ITL’s advances in integrating solid state UV curing into high-resolution inkjet print engines in LEDZero Pincure – a solution that can initiate a photochemical reaction with a degree of precision not previously possible with bulb technology. Being air cooled, LEDZero Pincure is more energy efficient than water-cooled alternatives. Its UV LED lamp head and power supply uses […]
A solar cell industry exhibition, “PV Expo 2010” was help in March 3rd to 5th. Over 500 companies from the world took their products. UV curing has been used in the solar cell module fabrication. ITL products were demonstrated at the FineSensing Corp and ADSTEC joint booth. ITL has an advantage supplying both of high power UV-LED and UV arc-lamp. Many process engineers are interested in high power UV-LED curing. We also enjoyed chatting and sometime serious business discussion with UV people. It was like reunion of old UV classmate!
Photovoltaic (PV) solutions developers within the solar cell energy market are being introduced to the latest in Integration Technology Ltd (ITL) LED UV curing solutions at March’s PV Expo 2010 show at the Big Sight venue in Tokyo. Laser manufacturer Fine Sensing, newly appointed as ITL’s Japan distributor for non digital inkjet printing business, is one of 570 exhibitors at the show covering all kinds of products/technologies ranging from solar cell/modules to PV systems and system integration. On stand PV37-9, the company will be showcasing a tandem solar cell tester based on its patented optics technology together with UV curing products in ITL’s LEDZero Solidcure emitter, an increasingly popular solution […]
Short run printing of spot UV varnish over matt laminated film is being demonstrated at Ipex 2010 by Autobond in a ground-breaking process incorporating LED curing from Integration Technology Ltd (ITL). In a move that that could have implications ‘far beyond the laminating process’, Autobond aims to show its new Mini 36 TPM-SUV sheet-fed laminator inkjet-print a spot UV, LED curable varnish in-line on top of matt film. Autobond is exhibiting on Stands 19 D780 and 19 D790 at Ipex 2010 at NEC Birmingham, UK, May 18-25. “Around ninety five per cent of all spot UV varnish goes on top of matt film but it’s normally done on traditional screen […]
Reduced weight and footprint coupled to increased ultra-cool output characterised a star turn in digital print curing at last month’s Label Expo show in Brussels where ultra-violet (UV) curing systems developer Integration Technology Ltd (ITL) exhibited for the first time. Showing in a new hall dedicated to digital print technology, ITL offered up in LEDZero Solidcure a compact, lightweight, high intensity output curing solution that effectively enables the inkjet label printers short-run lengths and zero job time changes. Year on year attendance may have been down slightly overall at the show but the new digital hall was well attended, ITL sales director David Johnson reported. “The adage that in a […]
Integration Technology will be presenting and exhibiting the latest UV systems for the digital market in Las Vegas 9-10th October 2006Integration Technology’s US Sales Representative David Johnson will be available at the Tuscany Suites & Casino venue to discuss developer’s UV requirements.
There will be numerous examples of Integration Technology systems on show at The Speciality Graphics Imaging Association Expo in the Las Vegas Convention Centre 26th-29th September 2006.
The world’s first entirely digital print exhibition took place in Amsterdam from 16th – 18th May 2006.The hugely successful show with over 12,000 visitors launched Integration Technology’s high power 2 W/cm LED system and the 65 millisecond SubZero shutter. The two new systems created great interest and the Integration Technology stand was crowded with visitors. The sales team achieved an impressive number of orders over the 3 day exhibition.
